EMPANADA




EMPANADA - - when there's left-over ulam that nobody wants to eat anymore, I make them into empanadas. Here's my tokwa asado from the night before, chopped finely, wrapped in rolled out dough, deep fried, served hot and crunchy. Ubos agad!
Dough
Ingredients:
2 c flour
4 Tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
3/4-1 c water

Procedure:
1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl to make a soft dough. Form into balls (about 8 pcs).
2. Roll out dough, put filling, fold, seal and fry. Serve hot.
