BREAD PUDDING -- Here is my simple bread-based dessert made with stale pandesal bread and sliced tasty bread, condensed milk, evaporated milk, a little flour, sugar, raisins, melted butter and vanilla. Soak the pieces of bread in evap milk (adding a little water if needed). Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix well and bake. Serve with custard sauce or butterscotch sauce (recipe of butterscotch sauce is in my Gulay ebook 1. Gulay ebook 1 is available for free. Pls check this link for a free download:
